Felt Thought mental health


What I've noticed as a society is that we attempt to treat the problems caused by mental health rather than focusing on what makes us well.


We ask questions such as:


What is the cause of anxiety?

What makes us depressed?

Why do we get anxious?


Wouldn’t it be great if we spend as much time asking what helps us notice more happiness, joy, and peace?


With body health fitness it boils down to too many calories + too little exercise = unhealthy body!


What if it was that simple with mental health?


Too many unhelpful thoughts + lots of judgement of our thinking = anxiety and stress


Reducing thinking and less judgement = peace, calm and contentment.
